It’s funny to me, sometimes, how even though I have two whole shelves of cookbooks, and the entire internet at my disposal, whenever I want something easy and no fail…the classics are always where it’s at.
And they are always so good.
Our Wednesday called for something chocolatey, and super easy…so I turned to The Joy of Cooking’s muffin recipe and added chocolate chips.
Delicious, and exactly what we needed!
