As promised, more lemon! This recipe is from Sally’s Baking Addiction….and it is SO good! I used half of the lemon cake that I had wrapped up and frozen, and made lemon curd for the lemon cheesecake layer. Yummmmm. We only have a couple of lemons left now, so there may be one more lemon recipe, or maybe I’ll move on to something new! We’ll have to see!
