Caramelized white chocolate

Roasting white chocolate in the oven is one of the easiest and most impressive things you can do! It really gives it a complex flavor that is almost a caramel but a little milder? This week I used it in two ways, as a macaron filling and also in a tart with a chocolate crust. Both equally delicious!
